Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges (US ONLY)
  • Our returns and exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refunded. You may not exchange/return items from previous orders outside of the 14 days. You may only exchange an item for another of equal value or less.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with all of its original tags and stickers. It must also be in its original packaging and placed in the poly bag when shipped. We are not responsible for return packages that are damaged during transit. We reserve the right to refuse your exchange if you send us an item that is damaged or not in its original condition. Your original item may not be sent back to you if you send a defective product.
    • To complete your return, we require a copy of your original invoice included with your return shipment.
    • Customers are responsible for their shipping costs to return their merchandise.
    • All custom hats and international orders are final. They are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
    • Send us an email at customerservice@hatcocaps.com to process your exchange.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If your order's value exceeds $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your lost/damaged returns.
